Thank you for the advice it is greatly appreciated, i had spoke to him and he did say he changed the timing belt, if he is being honest im not sure, but if i would get it inpected at a nissan dealer and the mechanic can verify the leak down test and compression along with the steering problem, do you think an offer of $8,000 is still too much, he seems like he wont go lower than that, and this is as is without fixing the interiour, if it would cost me $1,000 to reapolster the interiour then i guess it wouldnt be so bad, i find its tough to find a Z LHD for under 10$k so thats why i was considereing it, but i guess maybe i shouldnt rush what you think?
